PRONTO

and what it means to you.

Why PRONTO?

PRONTO by Alterra Home Loans, which was launched at Alterra’s 2017 Mastermind event, was designed to help you manage your business deals and communication more effectively. In this ever-evolving technological age, we know that the same old approach using the same old tools just doesn’t work anymore. That’s why we’ve designed PRONTO specifically to be able to change and adapt with the times.

What’s Changing?

By the year 2020, it is projected that there will be 20 million more Millenials than Baby Boomers. Millenials over 25 years old will make up 19% of the population, which equates to about 65 million! As part of this rapidly progressing Digital Age, handing out flyers and physical materials is lost on most Millenials, and will likely be a completely obsolete practice by the year 2020. In order to be effective to the coming generations, we must find ways to stay ahead of the digital curve.

How Can We Succeed?

PRONTO simplifies the lending process by adding controls and increasing compliance with a single customer experience. This app allows you to automate and digitize document and data collection in the mortgage application. It also enables you to chat and work together in real-time with your lending team, borrowers, real estate agents, and other professionals in your network. You can easily share the real-time status of a deal, as well as send updates, notifications and alerts to all parties!

Our goal with PRONTO is to appeal to an ever-growing demographic. That’s why the app has been designed to auto-update every two weeks, providing new functions and features to keep you organize and on your A-game – as well as tech savvy. Most importantly, PRONTO helps us continue to find a better way to serve our clients and build the Alterra community. New features are released every two weeks. Make sure you have the latest version by updating the app on your phone!
